Ceexo, Inc. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ceexo, Inc., we are committed to delivering exceptional software development, cloud solutions, and technology services tailored to your specific needs. Our services are provided under clearly defined agreements to ensure transparency and mutual understanding. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.

No Refunds

All services provided by Ceexo, Inc. are customized and delivered based on agreed contracts. Due to the bespoke nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. Every project is tailored to meet client requirements, involving significant investment of time, expertise, and resources.

Service Agreements

Before any project begins, a detailed proposal and/or Master Services Agreement (MSA) will be provided, outlining:

• Scope of work

   

• Deliverables

   

• Timelines

   

• Payment terms

   

• Any other applicable conditions

   

Both parties must sign the agreement prior to commencement of services. Ceexo’s commitment to your project starts immediately upon execution of the agreement.

Cancellations

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, cancellations are only permitted under the following conditions:

1. Unforeseen Incidents: If unforeseen incidents occur that prevent Ceexo from completing the project (e.g., force majeure, client-initiated scope termination), Ceexo will collaborate with the client to determine the best course of action, which may include rescheduling, suspending, or modifying the scope of the project.

    

2. Mutual Agreement: Any cancellation must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties. Ceexo will work with the client to find a fair resolution that considers work performed to date, costs incurred, and deliverables completed.

    

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Custom Software Development: Due to the personalized nature of custom development, all work is non-refundable once initiated.

   

• Milestone Payments: Any payments made upon reaching contractual milestones are non-refundable. Milestones reflect completed portions of work and are earned upon delivery.

   

Ownership of Deliverables

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a mutually signed contract, Ceexo, Inc. retains sole ownership and intellectual property rights over all code, software, data, documentation, and other deliverables developed, produced, or delivered by Ceexo as part of its services.
This includes but is not limited to:

• Backend systems

   

• APIs and database schemas

   

• Source code and compiled code

   

• User interfaces

   

• Documentation

   

• Data models and analytics pipelines

   

• Any technical or software assets created under the agreement
• Data

   

Any transfer of ownership, assignment, or exclusive licensing must be expressly documented in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both Ceexo, Inc. and the client.

General Terms

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated by reference into all service agreements entered into with Ceexo, Inc., unless superseded by a specific provision in an individual client contract.
Changes to this policy must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
